FREQUENT QUESTIONS

  1. Operation system: Minimum version Android 9 / iOS minimum 11.
  2. AR compatibility: To use the AR interactives, the device must count with AR Core (for Android) or AR Kit (for iOS). To know if your device supports this, you can review the list of devices in the following link: AR Devices. All iOS devices released after 2017 have this Kit. If you do not have AR Core, you may enter the interactives that do not require Augmented Reality.
  3. RAM and Processor: The device must have a 4.0 GB RAM, and a 4 nuclei and 2.5 GHz processor (for Android) and a 6 nuclei and 2.39 GHz processor (for iOS).
  4. Memory: In Android, 96 MB of available space and 360 MB to download content are needed. In iOS 400 MB of available space and 360 MB to download content.
  1. When entering the "My journey" screen, choose the course "Introduction to Skills for the Future of Work". Once inside, you will have to download the resources of each topic to enter the interactives.
  2. When entering a new module, in each topic a blue cloud icon will appear. This indicates there are resources to download.
  3. When choosing this icon, a pop-up panel will show the total size of the resources to download, as well as a button labeled as "Download", which will automatically initiate the download. It is important to know that when the download is successful, a pop-up panel will indicate that the download was completed, and the blue icon will change to green.
  4. Videos might be downloaded or streamed to save space. This might be chosen from the pop-up panel or in the settings found on the profile section.
  5. Important: Once the downloading of resources is started, the app should not be closed, and not sent to the background. If this happens, the download will be cancelled and would require it to be started again. You can explore other sections of the app while the modules are downloaded.
This can occur under two circumstances. The first one is when the app is downloading another topic. As soon as that download is completed, the icon will be enabled again. The second case is when the app is exited while it is downloading a topic. You will just have to restart the app for it to be enabled again and for you to download the content without a problem.
No, it is not. To enter the interactives, you need to download the content; however some mechanics like flipping cards, audios 360 and voice recognition rely on the use of the internet.
This happens when the streaming mode is on, and all resources are downloaded except videos. When the video setting is changed to "Download", this icon shows that all resources have been downloaded except videos. To download the videos, you just need to click on the orange icon and choose "Download", that way all resources will be downloaded.
If you have a device that runs with operation system Android 8 or lower, the video download is not compatible due to the system settings of this software. We suggest you watch the videos in streaming: access your profile and make this adjustment in your settings.
For Android, you will require version 9 or superior to visualize the videos and have AR Core to access the interactives with Augmented Reality.
In iOS, you will require version 11 or superior and have ARKit to access the interactives with Augmented Reality.

If this happens, try closing and restarting the app. In case this does not work, try deleting and installing it again.

Enter the correct information.
If the error continues, try changing your password.

On the top left corner, you will find a symbol (three lines) that opens the navigation menu, from here you can move through the course or close the current window.
If you have an Android system, the first thing you must do is verify that you have an updated version of AR Core Elements. You can verify this directly in the PlayStore, looking for this app and choosing "update" or "download". Verify that you do not have many apps open, since the AR interactives consume many resources from the device and having them open on second ground might cause malfunctions in the interactives. Something you can do to improve the performance is restart the app.
The sustained use of augmented reality can be demanding on any device. If this happens, we suggest you suspend the use of your telephone for a couple of minutes. You can use other less demanding technologies of our app such as 2D interactives, simulators, or videos.

Here are some suggestions to improve your experience with Augmented Reality:

  1. When scanning, choose a flat area free from reflections.
  2. In case of losing the model due to the movement of the telephone, we can reposition it by choosing "Reposition" in the lateral menu. In case you do not find the model, just restart the interactive.
  3. We suggest you reduce the model to the smallest possible size to observe it completely and then adjust it to the most suitable size.
  4. To change the language of an interactive, just go to the lateral menu and choose "Settings" to choose the desired language.
  5. The gyroscope must remain active to complete the interactives, because otherwise it would not be able to open them.
  6. The camera must not be covered when starting the interactives as this might cause the loss of the model.
This tends to occur when an interactive is not completely loaded, but a surface is recognized, and the Augmented Reality asset is placed. To solve this, an "X" button will appear at the top of the screen to exit the interactive. When you enter again, wait a couple of seconds to give time for the loading of the Augmented Reality assets.
  1. Press the icon placed on the top left corner (three lines), a lateral menu will open, choose "Reposition AR model".
  2. This will allow you to adjust the position, rotation and scale of the model you are using in this interactive.
  3. You can place it by clicking over a scanned surface, rotate it by sliding your finger over the screen and change its size by pinching the screen.
